Sheldon, Iowa — When the Sheldon Community Schools Board of Education holds their regular monthly meeting Wednesday, they’ll take up a variety of topics.
Superintendent Robin Spears is scheduled to share preliminary fiscal year 2018 financial information with the Board, as well as report on Tax Increment Financing, go over the School Nutrition Review, and more.
In other action, the Board will deal with six Open Enrollment Applications, accept a pair of employee resignations, and deal with nine employment contracts.
The Board will also talk about Driver’s Education and Substitute Teacher Pay, approve teaching agreements with Northwest Iowa Community College and the University of Northern Iowa, and approve the contract for the middle school roof project.
The Board is also expected to set the date and time for the annual Budget Hearing & Certification during Wednesday’s meeting.
Wednesday’s regular March meeting of the Sheldon School Board will get underway at 5:00 pm in the high school library.
