Spirit Lake, Iowa — Some family fun is available at the Iowa Great Lakes this weekend, for the University of Okoboji Winter Games. One of the things going on is a kids’ carnival, sponsored by Seasons Center For Behavioral Health.
Katie Ping, Marketing and Events Coordinator at Seasons Center tells us they look forward to the event every year.
Ping says it’s not meant to be a fundraising event, it’s just a fun family event.
She says there’s a special musical part of the fun as well.
According to Ping, they’re partnering with the Bedell Family YMCA for the event. She says while it’s not a fundraiser, they’ll welcome donations for Camp Autumn in O’Brien County.
