Sheldon, Iowa — Sheldon Middle School Students are busy gathering pledges for a fun fundraiser.
We talked to Sheldon Middle School Principal Cindy Barwick, and she tells us about it.
Unlike some color runs in which the public pays to run, for this event, it’s the students who will be doing the running, and donors are supporting them through their donations. The run is only for Sheldon Middle School Students.
Barwick tells us how the money raised will be used.
She says there’s a new twist this year.
She says all students will participate, whether they raise any money or not. The public is welcome to come watch, says Barwick. Kids are seeking donations through Monday, September 11th.
