Rock Valley, Iowa — The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in the investigation of a reported burglary at a rural Rock Valley residence.
Deputies say they received the report Tuesday evening of a residential burglary that occurred at a residence on Fig Avenue, six miles south of Rock Valley.
During their investigation, deputies discovered that someone had damaged an entry door and door frame in an attempt to enter the residence.
Authorities say the crime happened sometime between 7:00 Monday evening (July 17th), and 7:00 Tuesday evening (July 18th).
