(IARN) –We are at the beginning of a new decade. Weekly commentator and former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture John Block wants one last chance to look back at what was accomplished in 2019.
He laments the weather, but praises the end of year trade deals. Still, he says: “Of course, it is not done until it is done, but I am optimistic.”
