Keegan Brown of Estherville has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College next fall.
Brown is a 6’1″, 205-pound linebacker who played two years for the Estherville-Lincoln Central High School football team. Brown accounted for a team-high 93 tackles (80 solo), two interceptions and one fumble recovery in earning first team all-district honors last fall. He was also named all-district in 2018 and is a member of the honor roll. Brown plans to major in criminal justice at Northwestern and is the son of Andrew and Natalie.
“Keegan is an outstanding, physical linebacker,” commented Northwestern Head Coach Matt McCarty. “He has great football instincts and is a playmaker in the middle of the defense. We are excited to add Keegan to our football team and look forward to the contributions he will make during his time at Northwestern.”
