The job for Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz is to get his team ready for a season in a little more than a month.
The Hawkeyes open a nine game season on October 24th at Purdue.
Ferentz believes the revamped schedule may benefit the more experienced teams with a veteran quarterback.
It will be a different feel having preseason practice while classes are in session.
