Iowa Is 2 Seed In NCAA Tournament

Iowa City, Iowa — The Iowa Hawkeyes are the second seed in the West Region and will play 15th seeded Grand Canyon University Saturday in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament.

The Hawkeyes are already in Indianapolis will spend most of the time in their hotel this week.

Iowa center Luka Garza says preparations for the opener will begin after a couple of days in quarantine.

After having last year’s tournament cancelled Garza says they are anxious to get started.
