The Red Raiders missed the NAIA playoffs for the first time since 2016 last season, finishing 6-4.
That’s Northwestern coach Matt McCarty, who says the Red Raiders are motivated to return to the playoffs.
Northwestern returns eight starters from a defense that led the NAIA by allowing just 12.5 points per game.
