Inwood Iowa — Sheldon won the boys title at the West Lyon track and field invite Monday with the girls title going to Boyden Hull Rock Valley. Sheldon outpointed BHRV on the boys side 136-134. For the girls team title it was BHRV over Sheldon 152-110.

First place finishes for the Orabs included Tyler Lode in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 23.91. Lucas Knobloch of West Lyon was second in 24.55. Jacob Canales won the 400 meters in 54.69. Luke Schriever of Central Lyon was second in 55.10.
In the field events Ryan Van Marel won the discus at 157-08 followed by Trajan Walhof of Sioux Center at 154-07. Sheldon went one and two in the shot put with Van Marel winning at 47-11.00 followed by Bryant Dykstra at 47-04.00.

First place finishes for the Orabs came in the long jump with Ashlyn Albrecht going 16-04. Charli Bomgaars of BHRV was second at 14-06.00. Sheldon won the shuttle hurdle relay in 1:09.5. Team members include Bryn Groff, Ashlyn Albrecht, Madison Uhl, and Maddy Tolk. West Lyon was second in 1:11.23. Team members include Kate Groeneweg, Madison Hage, Tiffany VanBeek and Brianna VanVeldhuizen.
In the running events Kacy Kamphoff won the 400 meters in 01:03.5. Morgan Van Der Brink of BHRV was second in 1:07.36. The 3000 meter run went to Anessa Schoo in a time of 12:25.0. Greta Ackerman of George Little Roc was second in 13:01.07.
In the wheel chair competition Keri Siebrecht had a first place finish in the shot put with a toss of 11′ 1″. She also won the 100 Meters in 27.00, the 200 meters in 51.24 and the 400 meters in 01:38.1.
