Dylann Van Berkum, a 6’0” 180 lb defensive back from Central Lyon High School in Rock Rapids Iowa, announced that he has accepted a scholarship offer and has committed to the Northwestern College football program.
Van Berkum started all 10 games this season for the Lions and helped lead the Lions to the Class 2A District 1 championship. He had 3 interceptions this season and returned 1 for a touchdown. Van Berkum also played wideout for the Lions and was the holder on the extra point/field goal team.
