Lake Park Man Accused Of Stealing Motorcycle Arrested

Lake Park, Iowa — A Lake Park man has been arrested on theft and burglary charges after the report of a theft in Lake Park.

According to a criminal complaint filed with the Dickinson County Clerk of Court’s Office by the Lake Park Police Department, 41-year-old Christopher McNab of Lake Park is accused of stealing a motorcycle. He was arrested on Thursday.

Court records allege McNab stole the motorcycle which had been sold, from a storage shed at a business in Lake Park on July 28th of this year.

McNab was charged with second degree theft and third degree burglary, both class D felonies. If convicted and made to serve any sentences consecutively, McNab could face up to five years in prison on each charge.

He faces a preliminary hearing on Monday, August 14th.

At last report, McNab remained in the Dickinson County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
