Milford, Iowa — A Minnesota man has been arrested on a pair of felony charges after authorities say he attempted to take multiple children at a northwest Iowa resort.
Court records indicate 26-year-old Garret John McKenna is charged with two counts of enticing a minor, a class D felony; two counts of assault; and public intoxication after he allegedly attempted to take multiple children at Bridges Bay Waterpark in Arnolds Park. His bond was set at $10,000, which he posted the day after the arrest and was released.
His preliminary court appearance is scheduled for this Wednesday, August 12th.
