Orange City, Iowa — An Orange City man faces a felony charge after his arrest late Saturday afternoon.
Court records indicate the charges against 51-year-old David Rodriguez stem from a traffic stop by Orange City Police Saturday afternoon at 4:15 at the intersection of Florida Avenue Southwest and 5th Street Southwest in Orange City.
Officers say Rodriguez had watery eyes, slurred speech and an odor of alcohol about him at the time of the traffic stop.
Orange City Police reportedly placed Rodriguez under arrest on a charge of 3rd Offense OWI, which is a Class D Felony, as well as Driving While License Revoked, which is a Serious Misdemeanor.
