Orange City, Iowa — An Orange City teen was injured in an accident near Orange City on Thursday, November 26th.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 8:46 pm, 16-year-old Treyton Schiebout of Orange City was driving a 2005 Chevrolet K2500 pickup eastbound on 400th Street, five miles northeast of Orange City. According to the report, Schiebout lost control of his vehicle, entered the north ditch and rolled.
Sixteen-year-old Luke Nieuwendorp of Orange City, who was a passenger in the vehicle reported minor injuries and refused further medical attention.
The Chevrolet received $10,000 damage.
