Alton, Iowa — A Sibley woman was injured in an accident on Saturday, January 9th near Alton.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 5:35 am on Saturday, 25-year-old Eva Sanchez of Sibley was driving a 2007 Dodge Caliber southbound on Highway 60, two miles north of Alton. According to the report, Sanchez lost control of her vehicle, entered the west ditch and rolled.
The Dodge received $9000 damage.
Sanchez reported minor injuries and declined further medical attention.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Alton Ambulance.
