Hawarden, Iowa — Sioux County authorities are seeking the public’s help in solving a theft case near Hawarden.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that they investigated a report of a theft that occurred on 420th Street, three miles northeast of Hawarden.
Deputies say their investigation has revealed that approximately 20 ducks were stolen from the property sometime between 6:00 and 9:00 am on Monday (January 21st). Officials say the ducks are show quality ducks with an estimated value of $15-hundred.
