Sioux County Sheriff Seeking Information About Accident Near Boyden

Boyden, Iowa — The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help to try to find the driver in a hit-and-run accident near Boyden.

They report that they investigated the accident on Saturday. It occurred on Jackson Avenue (county road K-64), three miles west of Boyden.

Upon further investigation, deputies believe a vehicle traveling northbound on Jackson Avenue entered the west ditch and drove through a pasture fence. The vehicle left the area and the driver didn’t report the accident. The incident likely occurred on Thursday, October 5th, or Friday, October 6th.
