Boyden, Iowa — The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help to try to find the driver in a hit-and-run accident near Boyden.
They report that they investigated the accident on Saturday. It occurred on Jackson Avenue (county road K-64), three miles west of Boyden.
Upon further investigation, deputies believe a vehicle traveling northbound on Jackson Avenue entered the west ditch and drove through a pasture fence. The vehicle left the area and the driver didn’t report the accident. The incident likely occurred on Thursday, October 5th, or Friday, October 6th.
The Sheriff’s Office says if you witnessed this accident or have any information about the vehicle or driver, you are asked to contact them at 712-737-3307.
