Luverne, Minnesota — The Rock County Minnesota Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit-and-run that left a Luverne man dead and The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking for the region’s help to solve the case.

According to Rock County Sheriff Even VerBrugge, their office received a call in the noon hour on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, telling them of a man, possibly deceased, lying in the north ditch, on 141st street approximately 1/2 mile east of 60th Avenue.
