One Injured In Sioux Center Accident

Sioux Center, Iowa– A Sioux Center man was taken to the hospital after a collision on Highway 75 in Sioux Center on Saturday, June 6th.

According to the Sioux Center Police Department, just before 6:30 am, 55-year-old Timothy Sandbulte of Sioux Center was driving a 2019 Ford Ranger westbound and waiting at a stop sign on 20th Street Southeast in Sioux Center. Thirty-five-year-old Tyler Gengler of Maurice was driving at 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 northbound on Highway 75. According to the report, Gengler was turning onto 20th Street, and struck Sandbulte’s vehicle.

Sandbulte was taken to Sioux Center Health Clinic via Sioux Center Ambulance

Both vehicles received $3,000 damage.

Gengler was cited with a charge of Failure to maintain control.

Sioux Center Police Department was assisted by the Sioux Center Ambulance Team.
