Hull, Iowa – Pizza Ranch is proud to announce that its Hull, Iowa restaurant has been recognized as the recipient of the prestigious 2025 Team of the Year Award during the company’s 2026 National Conference, held June 8th–10th at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells.
The Team of the Year Award is one of Pizza Ranch’s highest honors, recognizing a restaurant team that exemplifies excellence in operations, guest service, community involvement, leadership, and commitment to Pizza Ranch’s mission and values. The award celebrates a team that consistently goes above and beyond to create legendary experiences for guests while fostering a culture of teamwork and servant leadership.
The Hull team distinguished itself throughout 2025 through its dedication to delivering exceptional hospitality, supporting its local community, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of restaurant operations. Their commitment to serving guests with excellence and living out Pizza Ranch’s core values made them a standout among restaurants across the system.
Presented by President and Founder, Adrie Groeneweg, General Manager Jennifer Saavedra joined members of her Hull team on stage to accept the award. Surrounded by the team that helped make the achievement possible, Jennifer proudly represented the restaurant’s culture of teamwork, servant leadership, and commitment to excellence. “The Hull staff exemplifies the Pizza Ranch Way in many ways. They take great pride in our store. From spending hours cleaning, taking great care of our equipment, to striving to always get better scores on evaluations and audits,” said Saavedra. “I feel they are always doing their best and trying to get better.”
The recognition served as a testament not only to the restaurant’s success, but also to the people behind it who work every day to create legendary experiences for guests and each other.
