Sioux City, Iowa (RI) — Morningside University in Sioux City hosted a groundbreaking this past week for the future home of their school of business.
President Chad Benson says the building will provide a modern, state-of-the-art space for the business school.
The business school is currently in the Lincoln Center, which opened in the 1970s, and he says it is at capacity.
It will be called the Rosen School of Business after major donor Tom Rosen. President Benson says they hope to be in the new facility by January of 2028.
