National Day Of Prayer In Sheldon To Feature Singer From The Browns, Rob Roozeboom, Prayer For Military

Sheldon, Iowa — The National Day of Prayer is coming up on Thursday, and it will feature prayer for the military, a gospel singer, and a local man.

Barb Hibma of Sheldon is actually one of the National Area Leaders for the North Central States for the National Day of Prayer Task Force. She tells us she’s glad to be a part of this year’s observance.

She tells us what to expect.

She tells us Rob Roozeboom, founder and president of Rise Ministries in Sheldon will be giving the message this year on the National Day of Prayer theme verse, “Exalt the Lord who has established us.” That’s from Colossians 2:6-7 in the Bible.

Again, that’s this Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. at Living Water Community Church. That’s on Second Avenue or Business 60, across the street from Iowa State Bank.
