Sheldon, Iowa — A Ribbon Cutting was held Friday morning for the new office of Edward Jones Financial Advisor Sheila Peelan in Sheldon. Several local business people, along with other Edward Jones financial advisors were on hand for the event.
Speaking at the ribbon cutting, on behalf of the City of Sheldon as well as the Sheldon Chamber & Development Corporation, was Chamber Director Shanelle Matus.
Ambassadors Club President Skip Tanner presented Peelen with a plaque, and a section of the ribbon from Friday’s ribbon cutting.
Although Peelen just opened her own Edward Jones office, she is not a newcomer to the brokerage firm.

Friday’s ribbon cutting was held in conjunction with the Grand Opening Open House for the office.
Sheila Peelen’s Edward Jones office is located across the street north of the City Park, in the old Hy-Vee building, on Highway 18 in Sheldon.
