Sheldon Summer Theatre Season Begins Thursday Evening

Sheldon, Iowa – The Sheldon High School Summer Theatre begins their season of shows this week, with the play Blithe Spirit being performed in the Sheldon High School Auditorium.

The Director of Blithe Spirit, Sheldon alum Abigail Otto talks about the plot of Blithe Spirit.

Claire Nilles portrays the spiritual medium in Blithe Spirit, and she talks about her character.

Rachel Besaw is also a member of the cast, and plays novelist Charles’ wife.

Sheldon High School Summer Theatre presents a different play each week, through July 11th, including a children’s production on the Fourth of July weekend. And for the 2026 season, all of the Summer Theatre productions will return to the Sheldon High School Auditorium.
