(KIWA Staff Photo)Sheldon, Iowa — A local construction business and Sheldon dignitaries celebrated the business’s opening with a ribbon-cutting on Friday.
At the ribbon-cutting for JA Construction, Sheldon Chamber and Development Director Tania Herrera spoke on behalf of the SCDC.
KIWA’s own Skip Tanner is the chairman of the Sheldon Ambassadors Club, and he spoke on their behalf.
Jesus Arizmendi is the owner of the new construction firm, and he tells us he’s worked construction in Sheldon for a long time and is now going out on his own.
He tells us they’ll specialize in a number of areas.
