SHS Summer Theatre Children’s Play Opens Thursday

Sheldon, Iowa — The lone Children’s Theatre production of the Sheldon High School Summer Theatre season runs this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 5th through 7th, at Sheldon High School.

This week’s production is the 5th presentation of the six offerings which will make up the Summer Theatre’s 46th season.

Libby Ven Huizen is the Director of this week’s Children’s Theatre production, and tells us about the show.

Majestic Holtrop is one of the performers in this week’s prodution of Winnie the Pooh, and she tells us about her character.

Ven Huizen says the stories included in this show should be very recognizable to the audience.

Ven Huizen says the play will offer something for the entire family.

Winnie The Pooh will be performed in the Sheldon High School Commons Thursday and Friday evenings at 7:00, with a Saturday matinee at 2:00. Tickets are $5 each for students and senior citizens, and $7 for adults, and will be available at the door.
