Statewide, Iowa – Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird joined her counterparts this past Wednesday at the Republican Attorneys General Association meeting in Washington, D-C to recognize National Police Week.
Bird says she believes it’s important to work with law enforcement and “Back the Blue.”
Bird says it is important to remember the officers who have given the ultimate sacrifice.
Bird says Iowa has passed several laws recently to crack down on crime, including one involving law enforcement.
Bird says law enforcement and the Attorney’s General work together to enforce the rule of law for everyone.
