Orange City, Iowa (Sioux County Radio) — The City of Orange City has named Brian Tooker as its new code enforcement officer.
The city announced the addition Saturday, highlighting Tooker’s local roots and professional experience in manufacturing, construction, and collegiate athletics.
Tooker was born and raised in Orange City and graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College. His background includes managing client relations and a sales territory for Pella Manufacturing and Sales, along with project administration and brand implementation for Pizza Ranch Construction.
In July 2024, Tooker joined the Northwestern College track and field coaching staff, working primarily with the Red Raiders’ sprinters.
Tooker continues to live in Orange City with his wife, Crisinda, and their two children, Kaleigh and Jackson.
