Des Moines, Iowa (RI) — The Iowa men’s basketball team will play a second game at the Casey’s Center in Des Moines next season.
The Hawkeyes will play Alabama in the capital city on Monday, December 21st. It’s part of a two-game neutral-site series that will see Iowa play the Crimson Tide the following season in Mobile, Alabama.
The Tide finished 25-10 this past season and lost to eventual national champion Michigan in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
The Hawkeyes already announced a game against Creighton in the Casey’s Center on November 15th.
