Women’s Defense — Mya Cole, Northwestern College (Defender)
Northwestern junior Mya Cole has been selected as this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. The Rapid City, South Dakota native led a Raider back line that allowed just one goal across a 2-0 weekend, playing every minute in both matches. She also made an impact offensively, recording three assists, including one that set up a game-winning goal off a corner kick.
