Sibley, Iowa — A 19-year old Sibley man turned himself in to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Thursday (August 18th) on felony sex offender charges.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, their deputies arrested 19-year old Talon Thomas Drown, of Sibley, for an alleged violation of Iowa’s Sex Offender Registry law, 2nd Offense. The 2nd offense raises the charge to felony status.
Authorities allege that he had been living in Osceola County for more than five days without registering his address as a sex offender.
At last report, Drown was being held in the Osceola County Jail in Sibley in lieu of a $5-thousand bond.
