(Logo courtesy of the Great Plains Athletic Conference)Sioux City, Iowa — Hastings College totaled 114 points and was selected first in the 2026 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Preseason Women’s Soccer Coaches’ Poll, earning seven of the 12 first-place votes. The Broncos enter the fall as the defending GPAC postseason champions.
Morningside, last year’s regular season champion, was picked second with 110 points and secured the remaining five first-place votes. Concordia totaled 100 points and was slotted third. Dordt was selected fourth, followed by Doane in fifth.
The 2026 NAIA Women’s Soccer National Championship will be held November 30th through December 7th at the Jack Allen Sports Complex in Decatur, Alabama. Opening-round matches will take place November 19th through 21st at campus sites. The GPAC will once again receive two automatic bids to the NAIA postseason.
The 2026 GPAC women’s soccer season schedule will feature 11 league matches, with all 12 teams competing for the conference crown.
