Inwood, Iowa — An Inwood woman was taken to a hospital after a collision with a payloader on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports that in the 8 a.m. hour, Ashlyn Eilts of Inwood was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado pickup in the 2100 block of 240th Street, about three miles east of Inwood, when she apparently rear-ended a 2008 Volvo payloader that was driven by Dwight DeNoble of Larchwood.
The Canton-Inwood Ambulance took Eilts to Canton-Inwood Hospital.
The pickup sustained about $10,000 worth of damage and the payloader sustained about $1,600 worth of damage, according to the report from the sheriff’s office.
They report that the Inwood Fire and Rescue Department and the Canton-Inwood Ambulance Squad assisted at the scene.
