Orange City, Iowa — A South Sioux City, Nebraska woman is facing multiple felony charges following her recent arrest.
Orange City Police say the charges against Cassandra Marie Miller stem from an incident in which she is accused of passing checks that she had allegedly stolen from a vehicle in Sioux City. Police say Miller is accused of writing checks to Orange City businesses, and allegedly forging the name of the person on the account.
Authorities say Miller is charged with three counts of Felony Forgery, two counts of Felony Identity Theft, one count of Felony Theft, and two counts of Misdemeanor Theft.
As of Monday morning, Sioux County Jail logs indicate that Miller is being held in the Sioux County Jail in lieu of a $5-thousand cash or surety bond.
