On today’s Talk of the Town podcast, our guest is Village Northwest Unlimited CEO Barry Whitsell, talking about the Village’s Independence Day Celebration, as well as Run, Walk & Roll, and the Village Panthers Volleyball team.

VNU’s Independence Day festivities begin at 5:30 pm on Friday, July 3rd with the opening of the food trucks. At 6:00, the kid’s games, inflatables, face Painting, Mr. Twister, firetruck rides, and more. At 7:00, there’s a free outdoor concert, with the evening culminating in a huge fireworks display at dusk. It’s all Friday evening, July 3rd on the Village Northwest Unlimited Campus, one block north of Sheldon High School.
