(Logo courtesy of the Great Plains Athletic Conference)Sioux City, Iowa – Concordia University totaled 91 points and are the preseason number one team in the 2026 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Preseason Men’s Soccer Coaches’ Poll. The Bulldogs garnered four of eleven first place votes. Concordia was the 2025 GPAC Tournament Champion, after Northwestern won the regular season title.
Northwestern was picked second with 88 points, with the Red Raiders also picking up four first place votes. Morningside is in the three spot with 82 points, and secured the final three first place votes. Midland was fourth and Briar Cliff fifth in the poll.
The 2026 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship will be November 30-December 7, at the Orange Beach Complex in Orange Beach, Alabama. Opening rounds will be held November 19-21 on campus sites. The GPAC will receive one automatic bid (GPAC Postseason Tournament Champion) for the NAIA Postseason in 2026.
The 2026 GPAC men’s soccer season schedule will consist of ten (10) league games as all 11 teams will compete for the conference crown.
