Concordia Leads GPAC Men’s Soccer Poll, Northwestern Right Behind

Sioux City, Iowa — Concordia University totaled 91 points and is the preseason No. 1 team in the 2026 GPAC Men’s Soccer Coaches’ Poll, earning four of the 11 first place votes. The Bulldogs enter the fall as the defending GPAC Tournament Champions, while Northwestern claimed last year’s regular-season title.

Northwestern was picked second with 88 points and also secured four first-place votes. Morningside is third with 82 points and earned the remaining three first-place votes. Midland was selected fourth, and Briar Cliff rounded out the top five.

The 2026 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship is scheduled for November 30th through December 7th at the Orange Beach Complex in Orange Beach, Alabama. Opening-round matches will be held November 19th through 21st at campus sites. The GPAC will receive one automatic bid, awarded to the GPAC Postseason Tournament Champion.

The 2026 GPAC men’s soccer season schedule will feature ten league matches, with all 11 teams competing for the conference crown.
