Sheldon, Iowa — A Sheldon woman has been arrested on a warrant for multiple felony drug charges.
According to a criminal complaint filed with the O’Brien County Clerk of Court’s Office by the county sheriff’s office, 41-year-old Natasha Jurgensen-Moeller of Sheldon is accused of selling controlled substances to police informants on multiple occasions. She was arrested on Thursday, February 23rd.
The complaints allege that Jurgensen-Moeller sold THC wax to an informant three times. She is also alleged to have sold pills of two different schedule II drugs and one schedule IV drug to an informant. Out of the six charges against Jurgensen-Moeller, two are class C felonies, three are class D felonies, and one is a misdemeanor offense.
If convicted of a class C felony count, Jurgensen-Moeller could face up to ten years in prison. If convicted of a class D felony count, she could face five years in prison.
She faces a preliminary hearing on Thursday, March 16th.
At last report, she remained in the O’Brien County Jail in Primghar.
