Rock Rapids, Iowa — A Kansas City woman faces a felony drunk driving charge after her arrest Monday in Rock Rapids.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, their communications center received a report of an intoxicated Driver in Rock Rapids on Monday.
Deputies say they made contact with the driver, who they identify as 48-year-old Aimee Eaton of Kansas City, Missouri. Eaton’s condition caused the deputy to place her under arrest and transport her to the Lyon County Jail in Rock Rapids, according to authorities.
She has reportedly been charged with 3rd Offense OWI, which is a Class D Felony.
